Workouts are a time for our members to work on strength… obstacles… agility… air sense… and more. There IS instruction and a required agenda for ages 12 & under as well as our TEAM PREP and NINJA TEAM athletes. There is a 10 minute warm-up at the beginning of each workout followed by 20 minutes of strength. This will be following by 2 more 15 minute obstacle training sessions and 30 minutes of open time at the end of the workout.
