Enrollment Information

Enroll:  Our online registration system is the quickest way for current customers to register and is available year round.  You can also register in person or over the phone if you would like us to help you with the process.  MWT is a year-round school with no long term commitments.  You may enroll and un-enroll at any time. Tuition is prorated in weekly increments based on your enroll and un-enroll dates.

Year-Round Monthly Tuition:  Tuition is paid monthly. You are only charged for the number of classes that we have scheduled for each month…this could be 3, 4, or 5 times during the month.  Tuition is automatically paid monthly via direct debit from any major credit or debit card on the 15th day of the (preceding) month. Declined payments (expired card, etc.) must be remedied on or before the 20th day of the month or you risk losing your class spot to a waiting student.  Tuition chart and 2020 calendar are below.

We Do Not Invoice:  Monthly tuition reminders will NOT be sent. We will notify you by email if your tuition is unable to process or is not received.

NO Annual Registration Fee:  MWT Gymnastics will no longer be charging an annual registration fee for classes.



20% Multiple Class Discount*: Only ONE tuition (the highest) in your family pays full price. ALL lesser MWT tuitions in your family are discounted a full 20%.

*Discounts do not apply to camps or other special events.  Multiple class discount is for the class and team program only.  The maximum discount is 20%.

Free Unlimited Open Gyms:   Enjoy free unlimited open gyms with your enrollment.


JOINING: Enroll anytime.

CHANGING class day, time, or program is permitted at any time during your enrollment as long as there is room in the desired class. Tuition increases could apply. No refunds or credits will be given when transferring an enrollment.  Your tuition will simply be transferred to the new class or program.

UN-ENROLLING: To un-enroll from class, you must submit your request to un-enroll in writing or through your online account including the future date of your last desired class.  Upon receiving your request for the date you would like to un-enroll, we will update your enrollment accordingly.  Please understand that once classes are paid for… no refunds or credits will be granted.

SCHEDULE CHANGES:  MWT reserves the right to change, combine, or cancel classes based on enrollment. We will contact you if this situation should arise and work with you to find another class. A full refund will be granted if your class is changed to a new time or cancelled and we cannot find a class time that works with your schedule.

MEDICAL REASONS:  For medical conditions validated by a medical practitioner’s written statement, a prorated credit will be issued based upon the date the statement was received (requests after-the-fact eliminate MWT’s opportunity to fill a vacated class spot). Refunds will be processed within 14 days.


MAKING UP CLASSES is allowed once per month. The make up class needs to be scheduled at the front desk and the child will only be allowed to make up in a class that is the same level of their current class as long as there is availability in the class. The make up class must be within 4 weeks of the missed class.  There will be no making up missed make up classes.  A student MUST be actively enrolled to be eligible for a make up.  No open gym passes will be given for missed classes.

*Make up classes are not available for our team program, camps, or open gyms.



Preschool Class Tuition (45 Minutes)

  • Class meets 3 times during the month = $57
  • Class meets 4 times during the month = $76
  • Class meets 5 times during the month = $95

Gymnastics & Ninja Class Tuition (60 Minutes)

  • Class meets 3 times during the month = $63
  • Class meets 4 times during the month = $84
  • Class meets 5 times during the month = $105

New Students/Families:

  1. Go to “Create Account” button.
  2. Follow the instructions and fill out forms to create your account.

Current & Former Students/Families: 

  1. Go to the Parent Portal
  2. Enter your email address and password (OR click on Forgot Password and a temporary password will be emailed to you)
  3. From here you will be prompted to sign off on our waiver and permission documents
  4. Click “Find A Class” or “Classes” and use the filters to find the appropriate class
