Enroll: Our online registration system is the quickest way for current customers to register and is available year round. You can also register in person or over the phone if you would like us to help you with the process. MWT is a year-round school with no long term commitments. You may enroll and un-enroll at any time. Tuition is prorated in weekly increments based on your enroll and un-enroll dates.
Year-Round Monthly Tuition: Tuition is paid monthly from September though the first week in June. You are only charged for the number of classes that we have scheduled for each month…this could be 3, 4, or 5 times during the month. Tuition is automatically paid monthly via direct debit from any major credit or debit card on the 15th day of the (preceding) month. Declined payments (expired card, etc.) must be remedied on or before the 20th day of the month or you risk losing your class spot to a waiting student. Tuition chart and 2018 calendar are below.
We Do Not Invoice: Monthly tuition reminders will NOT be sent. We will notify you by email if your tuition is unable to process or is not received.
Manual Payment Option: To opt out of direct debit, simply pay your tuition using any alternative method of payment by 8am on the 13th of the month and your card on file will not be charged.
NO Annual Registration Fee: MWT Gymnastics will no longer be charging an annual registration fee for classes.
20% Sibling Discount*: When more than one immediate family member is enrolled at the same time, ONLY the most expensive tuition in your family pays full fare; ALL lesser tuitions are discounted 20%!
20% Multi-Class Discount*: When your child is enrolled in more than one class at the same time, ONLY the most expensive class is full price; ALL lesser tuition classes are discounted 20%!
*Discounts are for classes and team program only. Maximum discount is 20%. Discounts do not apply to open gyms or other special events.
UN-ENROLLING, CHANGING CLASSES, MAKE-UP CLASSES
JOINING: Enroll anytime.
MAKING UP CLASSES is allowed once per month. The make-up class needs to be scheduled at the front desk and the child will only be allowed to make up in a class that is the same level of their current class as long as there is availability in the class. The make up class must be within the same month of the missed class (with the exception of the missed class being the last week of the month). Make-up classes must be scheduled a week in advance. There will be no making up missed make-up classes.
CHANGING class day, time, or program is permitted at any time during your enrollment as long as there is room in the desired class. Tuition increases could apply. No refunds or credits will be given when transferring an enrollment. Your tuition will simply be transferred to the new class or program.
UN-ENROLLING: To un-enroll from class, you must submit your request to un-enroll in writing including the future date of your last desired class. This must be done before the 13th of the month by 8am. Upon receiving your request, we will update your enrollment accordingly. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes.
SCHEDULE CHANGES: MWT reserves the right to change, combine, or cancel classes based on enrollment. We will contact you if this situation should arise and work with you to find another class. A full refund will be granted if your class is changed to a new time or cancelled and we cannot find a class time that works with your schedule.
MEDICAL REASONS: For medical conditions validated by a medical practitioner’s written statement, a prorated credit will be issued based upon the date the statement was received (requests after-the-fact eliminate MWT’s opportunity to fill a vacated class spot). Refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Current & Former Students/Families:
- Go to the Parent Portal
- Enter your email address and password (OR click on Forgot Password and a temporary password will be emailed to you)
- From here you will be prompted to sign off on our waiver and permission documents
- Click “Find A Class” or “Classes” and use the filters to find the appropriate class
